Cherry Juice Spritzer
4 ounces of cherry juice
club soda
ice
In an 8 ounce glass put several ice cubes. pour the juice in and then fill it with club soda.
Cranberry juice spritzer
8 ounces of Cranberry juice
club soda
lime wedges
take a tall glass, fill it with ice. pour the cranberry juice into it,
add the club soda. place the lime wedge on the side of the glass.
Cucumber lime spritzer
1 english cucumber
4 limes
club soda
ice
Cut the cucumber in half. Take one half and pour a cup of water into your blender, slice the cucumber up and blend it up.
Juice two limes into this mixture. Blend it some more. Pour this mixture into your 2 quart pitcher. Slice up the other half of the cucumber
and add it to the juice. Pour chilled club soda over this and serve. Garnish with lime wedges.
Orange juice spritzer
4 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 liter ginger ale
orange wedges as a garnish
In a large pitcher combine the orange juice and gingerale.
chill it for a while. when serving garnish with the orange wedges.
Watermelon Mint Spritzer
1 watermelon
8 mint sprigs
club soda
Cut the watermelon in half. Scoop the watermelon a few scoops at a time into a blender.As you place the watermelon into the blender remove the seeds.
blend the watermelon, pour the juice through a strainer into a pitcher. chill. set up your glasses, place some mint in each along with some ice. fill the glass 3/4 with juice and top with club soda.
Lemonade
10 lemons
1 cup sugar (or more depending on your taste)
1 gallon water
Ice cubes
Roll the lemons with your hands and prepare them for juicing.
Cut them through the middle widthwise so that it exposes the meat of the
lemon. Put aside 1 lemon for making slices to add to the lemonade later.
Juice the lemons using either your hands or a juicer. Add the lemon
juice to a pitcher. Add sugar and water and stir until sugar has
completely dissolved. Serve over ice and garnish with the reserved lemon slices.
Raspberry Lemonade
10 lemons
1 cup sugar (or more depending on your taste)
1 gallon of water
1 pint Raspberries
Ice cubes
Roll the lemons with your hands and prepare them for juicing.
Cut them through the middle widthwise so that it exposes the meat of the
lemon. Put aside 1 lemon for making slices to add to the lemonade later.
Take 1/2 the raspberries and place them in a blender with some water.
Blend them until they are liquid. Using a sieve pour the raspberries through it into the pitcher.
Then throw the whole raspberries into the pitcher.
Juice the lemons using either your hands or a juicer. Add the lemon
juice to a pitcher. Add sugar and water and stir until sugar has
completely dissolved. Serve over ice and garnish with the reserved lemon slices.
Peach Lemonade
10 lemons
1 cup sugar (or more depending on your taste)
1 gallon of water
3 large peaches
Ice cubes
Roll the lemons with your hands and prepare them for juicing.
Cut them through the middle widthwise so that it exposes the meat of the
lemon. Put aside 1 lemon for making slices to add to the lemonade later.
Take 2 peaches pcut them in half, pit them and place them in a blender with some water.
Blend them until they are liquid. Using a sieve pour the peaches through it into the pitcher.
Then cut the last peach up into thin wedges and throw them into the pitcher.
Juice the lemons using either your hands or a juicer. Add the lemon
juice to a pitcher. Add sugar and water and stir until sugar has
completely dissolved. Serve over ice and garnish with the reserved lemon slices.
Cherry Lemonade
10 lemons
1 cup of fresh cherries, cut through the middle and pit and stem removed.
1 cup sugar (or more depending on your taste)
1 gallon water
Ice cubes
Roll the lemons with your hands and prepare them for juicing.
Cut them through the middle widthwise so that it exposes the meat of the
lemon. Put aside 1 lemon for making slices to add to the lemonade later.
Juice the lemons using either your hands or a juicer. Add the lemon
juice to a pitcher. Add the prepared cherries. Add sugar and water and stir until sugar has
completely dissolved. Serve over ice and garnish with the reserved lemon slices.
Iced Tea
8 tea bags
4 quarts of water
Ice cubes
Sugar (or substitute)
Lemon slices or real lemon juice
Take 4 cups of the 2 quarts of water and boil it. Pour it over the 8 tea bags. Let it steep for about 5 minutes or so. Pour in the sugar that you like add the rest of the water.
Then add the lemon slices or lemon juice to taste. Chill in the fridge then serve.
Green Tea Iced Tea
6 green tea bags
6 cups of water
5 limes
2 lemons
1/4 cup local honey
mint leaves to garnish
place the tea bags into a half gallon container. Pour 3 cups of boiling water over the tea bags. Let it steep 5 minutes or so.
Add the honey and stir it until it is dissolved. Add the other 3 cups of water. slice up the lemons and limes. when you go to pour the tea into glasses
put ice in them first, then the tea add the slices of lemon and lime and garnish with mint leaves.
Ginger Iced Tea
7 tea bags
3 quarts of water
3 inches of Ginger
Ice cubes
Sugar to taste
lime slices as a garnish
Pour 2 quarts of water into a large pot and boil it. Add in the 7 tea bags. Let it steep for about 5- 10 minutes or so.
Add your sugar, stir it until it is dissolved. Peel and Cut up your ginger knob. Place it in your blender, add 3 cups
of the remaining water. Blend it on high. Pour it through a sieve (to remove the solids) into a gallon container.
Add in the iced tea, remaining water Then some ice cubes. Chill in the fridge. Upon serving use the Lime, cut into thin wedges as a garnish.

1 1/2 cups Raspberries

Sugar to taste
Pour 2 quarts of water into a large pot and boil it. Add in the 8 tea bags. Let it steep for about 5- 10 minutes or so.
add your sugar, stir it until it is dissolved. Pour 1 cup of raspberries into your blender, add 3 cups of the remaining water.

Chill in the fridge. Upon serving use the remaining 1/2 cup of raspberries as a garnish.
