Cold Drinks, slushies and ice cream beverages

Spritzers, Lemonades and Iced teas

Cherry Juice Spritzer

4 ounces of cherry juice

club soda

ice

In an 8 ounce glass put several ice cubes. pour the juice in and then fill it with club soda.


Cranberry juice spritzer

8 ounces of Cranberry juice

club soda

lime wedges

take a tall glass, fill it with ice. pour the cranberry juice into it, 

add the club soda. place the lime wedge on the side of the glass.


Cucumber lime spritzer

1 english cucumber

4 limes

club soda

ice

Cut the cucumber in half. Take one half and pour a cup of water into your blender, slice the cucumber up and blend it up.

Juice two limes into this mixture. Blend it some more. Pour this mixture into your 2 quart pitcher. Slice up the other half of the cucumber

and add it to the juice. Pour chilled club soda over this and serve. Garnish with lime wedges.


Orange juice spritzer

4 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice

1 liter ginger ale

orange wedges as a garnish

In a large pitcher combine the orange juice and gingerale.

chill it for a while. when serving garnish with the orange wedges.


Watermelon Mint Spritzer

1 watermelon

8 mint sprigs

club soda

Cut the watermelon in half. Scoop the watermelon a few scoops at a time into a blender.As you place the watermelon into the blender remove the seeds.

blend the watermelon, pour the juice through a strainer into a pitcher. chill. set up your glasses, place some mint in each along with some ice. fill the glass 3/4 with juice and top with club soda.


Lemonade

10 lemons 

1 cup sugar (or more depending on your taste) 

1 gallon water

Ice cubes 

Roll the lemons with your hands and prepare them for juicing. 

Cut them through the middle widthwise so that it exposes the meat of the 

lemon. Put aside 1 lemon for making slices to add to the lemonade later. 

Juice the lemons using either your hands or a juicer. Add the lemon 

juice to a pitcher. Add sugar and water and stir until sugar has 

completely dissolved. Serve over ice and garnish with the reserved lemon slices. 



Raspberry Lemonade

10 lemons 

1 cup sugar (or more depending on your taste) 

1 gallon of  water

1 pint Raspberries

Ice cubes 

Roll the lemons with your hands and prepare them for juicing. 

Cut them through the middle widthwise so that it exposes the meat of the 

lemon. Put aside 1 lemon for making slices to add to the lemonade later. 

Take 1/2 the raspberries and place them in a blender with some water.

Blend them until they are liquid. Using a sieve pour the raspberries through it into the pitcher.

Then throw the whole raspberries into the pitcher.

Juice the lemons using either your hands or a juicer. Add the lemon 

juice to a pitcher. Add sugar and water and stir until sugar has 

completely dissolved. Serve over ice and garnish with the reserved lemon slices.



Peach Lemonade

10 lemons 

1 cup sugar (or more depending on your taste) 

1 gallon of  water

3 large peaches

Ice cubes 

Roll the lemons with your hands and prepare them for juicing. 

Cut them through the middle widthwise so that it exposes the meat of the 

lemon. Put aside 1 lemon for making slices to add to the lemonade later. 

Take 2 peaches pcut them in half, pit them and place them in a blender with some water.

Blend them until they are liquid. Using a sieve pour the peaches through it into the pitcher.

Then cut the last peach up into thin wedges and throw them  into the pitcher.

Juice the lemons using either your hands or a juicer. Add the lemon 

juice to a pitcher. Add sugar and water and stir until sugar has 

completely dissolved. Serve over ice and garnish with the reserved lemon slices.



Cherry Lemonade

10 lemons

1 cup of fresh cherries, cut through the middle and pit and stem removed. 

1 cup sugar (or more depending on your taste) 

1 gallon water

Ice cubes 

Roll the lemons with your hands and prepare them for juicing. 

Cut them through the middle widthwise so that it exposes the meat of the 

lemon. Put aside 1 lemon for making slices to add to the lemonade later. 

Juice the lemons using either your hands or a juicer. Add the lemon 

juice to a pitcher. Add the prepared cherries. Add sugar and water and stir until sugar has 

completely dissolved. Serve over ice and garnish with the reserved lemon slices. 



Iced Tea

8 tea bags

4 quarts of water

Ice cubes

Sugar (or substitute)

Lemon slices or real lemon juice

Take 4 cups of the 2 quarts of water and boil it. Pour it over the 8 tea bags. Let it steep for about 5 minutes or so. Pour in the sugar that you like add the rest of the water.

Then add the lemon slices or lemon juice to taste. Chill in the fridge then serve. 



Green Tea Iced Tea

6 green tea bags

6 cups of water

5 limes

2 lemons

1/4 cup local honey

mint leaves to garnish

place the tea bags into a half gallon container. Pour 3 cups of boiling water over the tea bags. Let it steep 5 minutes or so.

Add the honey and stir it until it is dissolved. Add the other 3 cups of water. slice up the lemons and limes. when you go to pour the tea into glasses

put ice in them first, then the tea add the slices of lemon and lime and garnish with mint leaves.



Ginger Iced Tea

7 tea bags

3 quarts of water

3 inches of Ginger

Ice cubes

Sugar to taste

lime slices as a garnish

Pour 2 quarts of water into a large pot and boil it. Add in the 7 tea bags. Let it steep for about 5- 10 minutes or so.

Add your sugar, stir it until it is dissolved. Peel and Cut up your ginger knob. Place it in your blender, add 3 cups 

of the remaining water. Blend it on high. Pour it through a sieve (to remove the solids) into a gallon container. 

Add in the iced tea, remaining water Then some ice cubes. Chill in the fridge. Upon serving use the Lime, cut into thin wedges as a garnish.



Raspberry Iced Tea

7 tea bags

3 quarts of water

1 1/2 cups Raspberries

Ice cubes

Sugar to taste

Pour 2 quarts of water into a large pot and boil it. Add in the 8 tea bags. Let it steep for about 5- 10 minutes or so. 

add your sugar, stir it until it is dissolved. Pour 1 cup of raspberries into your blender, add 3 cups of the remaining water.

blend it on high. Pour it through a sieve(to remove the pulp) into a gallon container. Add in the iced tea, remaining water Then some ice cubes.

Chill in the fridge. Upon serving use the remaining 1/2 cup of raspberries as a garnish.

slushies

Iced coffee slushy   

5 cups coffee

2 teaspoons sugar

1/2 cup whole milk

Make your coffee. You can do it with instant or through your coffee maker. Make 5 cups. Pour your coffee, sugar and milk along with the ice cubes into a blender.Turn on the blender until the ice is a slushy consistency. You can if you would like make coffee ice cubes by taking coffee you brewed and pouring it into ice cube trays.



Cafe Mocha slushy

2 tablespoon of high quality cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of sugar (or to taste)

2 shots of espresso

foamed milk

Take out an eight oz. coffee cup. Put 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder along with the sugar in it.

Pour hot water over the chocolate powder just enough to make it a thick liquid. Make your espresso.

Pour your espresso right over the chocolate. Let this cool to room temperature. Fill your blender 3/4 with ice ,

pour the espresso over the ice. blend this til it is a slushy. Then froth some milk and then pour the milk over that.


Frozen Hot Chocolate

2 cups of hot chocolate

enough ice to fill a blender 1/2 way

Make 2 cups of hot chocolate. Let it stand until it is room temperature. 

pour ice into the blender. Enough so that it is 1/2 full. when the hot 

chocolate is room temperature pour it nto the blender with the ice and give it a spin.

Blend it until there are no more ice chunks.


Cappuccino frost    

1 cup whole milk

4 rounded teaspoon instant espresso coffee

2 Tablespoons sugar

1 cup cold water

1/2 cup ice cubes

Cinnamon to taste

In blender container, combine milk, instant espresso, sugar, water and ice cubes. Blend until frothy. Pour cappuccino over ice and dust with cinnamon. 



Chai tea slushy

1 Tablespoon fennel seed 

6 green cardamom pods 

12 whole cloves 

1 cinnamon stick 

1 (1/4-inch) piece ginger root, ground 

7 cups water 

2 Tablespoons Darjeeling tea 

4 Tablespoons brown sugar 

1 cup milk

Enough ice to fill your blender 

First you make the Chai Tea. In a saucepan, place all your spices, fennel seed, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, ginger root and water. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and steep for 5 

minutes. Add the tea, let it steep for 5 more minutes. Fill your blender with ice then strain the mixture into the blender, discarding any pieces... pour in the brown sugar and milk. Then give it a spin.


Apple juice slushy

2 cups of apple juice

Ice enough to fill your blender 3/4 full

Place the ice in the blender. Pour the apple juice in and give it a spin.



Cherry Juice slushy

2 cups of Cherry juice

Ice enough to fill your blender 3/4 full

Place the ice in the blender. Pour Cherry juice in and give it a spin.


Cranberry Juice Slushy

2 cups of Cranberry juice

Ice enough to fill your blender 3/4 full

Place the ice in the blender. Pour Cranberry juice in and give it a spin.


Blackberry Juice slushy

2 cups of Blackberry juice

Ice enough to fill your blender 3/4 full

place the ice in the blender. Pour Blackberry juice in and give it a spin.


Peach Juice Slushy

2 cups of Peach juice

Ice enough to fill your blender 3/4 full

Place the ice in the blender. Pour Peach juice in and give it a spin.


Pear Juice slushy

2 cups of Pear juice

Ice enough to fill your blender 3/4 full

Place the ice in the blender. Pour Pear juice in and give it a spin.


Orange Juice Slushy

2 cups of Orange juice

Ice enough to fill your blender 3/4 full

place the ice in the blender. Pour Orange juice in and give it a spin.


Lemon Juice slushy

2 cups of Lemon juice

Ice enough to fill your blender 3/4 full

Place the ice in the blender. Pour Lemon juice in and give it a spin.


Lime Juice slushy

2 cups of Lime juice

Ice enough to fill your blender 3/4 full

Place the ice in the blender. Pour Lime juice in and give it a spin.


Pineapple Juice Slushy

2 cups of Watermelon juice

Ice enough to fill your blender 3/4 full

Place the ice in the blender. Pour Pineapple juice in and give it a spin.


Pomegranate Juice slushy

2 cups of Pomegranate juice

Ice enough to fill your blender 3/4 full

Place the ice in the blender. Pour Pomegranate juice in and give it a spin.


Watermelon Juice Slushy

2 cups of Watermelon juice

Ice enough to fill your blender 3/4 full

place the ice in the blender. Pour Watermelon juice in and give it a spin. 

Ice cream beverages

Chocolate Milk Shake

2 large scoops of chocolate ice cream

2 cups of milk

place it all in your blender and spin.


Strawberry Milk Shake

2 scoops of strawberry ice cream

2 cups of milk

place it all in your blender and blend until it's smooth.


vanilla milk shake

3 cups of vanilla ice cream

2 cups of whole milk

place it all in your blender and spin.


Chocolate Egg Cream

1 ounce of chocolate syrup

1 cup of milk

enough seltzer to fill the glass

Using a fountain glass pour the chocolate syrup in first. Then pour in the milk. Using a long handled spoon stir the 

mixture well until it is fully combined. Then pour in the seltzer water. Pour slowly and stir it up to create bubbles.

2 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream

1/2 cup original flavor malted milk powder

1/2 to 1 cup whole milk

homemade whipped cream, for garnish

Halved malted milk balls, for garnish

Drop your ice cream and malt into the blender. Add your milk and blend until you have what you want.

Garnish with whipped cream and malted milk balls.


Strawberry Malted Milkshake

2 cups vanilla ice cream

2 cups halved strawberries

1/2 cup wholemilk

3 tablespoons malted milk powder

Whole strawberries with green caps (garnish) 

throw all the ingredients in a blenderand spin until they are all incorporated and smooth.


Vanilla malted milkshake

2 cups of vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup wholemilk

3 tablespoons malted milk powder

throw all the ingredients in a blenderand spin until they are all incorporated and smooth.


Cola float

2 scoops of your favorite flavor ice cream

cola soda

Place the 2 scoops of ice cream into a tall glass and add soda, be careful as the soda

will spill over the top of the glass. Make sure the soda is cold and you have a plate under the glass.


Ginger ale float

2 scoops of ice cream

ginger ale

Place the 2 scoops of ice cream into a tall glass and add ginger ale, be careful as the ginger ale

will spill over the top of the glass.Make sure the ginger ale is cold and you have a plate under the glass.


Orange soda float

2 scoops of your favorite ice cream

orange soda

Place the 2 scoops of ice cream into a tall glass and add orange soda, be careful as the orange soda

will spill over the top of the glass.Make sure the orange soda is cold and you have a plate under the glass.


Root Beer Float

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

root beer

Place the 2 scoops of ice cream into a tall glass and add root beer, be careful as the rootbeer

will spill over the top of the glass.Make sure the root beer is cold and you have a plate under the glass.

you may substitute the soda flavor and ice cream flavor to be whatever you want.



Mocha Frappe

2 cups of coffee

2 tablespoons sugar (or to your likeing)

1/2 cup whole milk

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 cups of ice

chocolate syrup and whipped cream to garnish

Throw the coffee, sugar, milk cocoa powder and ice into the blender. Blend it until it is smooth with no chunks of ice.

Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
